Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and project deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site.
Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site carpentry issues.
Mentor and develop junior carpenters and apprentices

10+ years of finish carpentry experience.
5+ years of high-end residential experience (must be able to provide 3 references).
Have a full complement of tools, including specialty tools for division 6.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Shows a strong work ethic.
