Truck & Trailer Technician

The Opportunity

Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Fredericton is looking for Licensed Truck & Trailer Technician.

You will work with an experienced team of Technicians, doing diagnostics and repairs on MACK and/or VOLVO heavy-duty trucks. Providing excellent customer service is our top priority. We hope you will share that passion.

SIGNING BONUS: of up to $2,500 for Licensed Truck and Trailer Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair the mechanical and electrical components of heavy-duty trucks by testing the trucks systems and components
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Truck & Trailer Technician (not hiring Apprentices at this time)
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
• Be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Must be able to use power tools and common hand tools to perform work
• Able to sit, stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time
• Work individually and as part of a team
• Positive attitude
