Since 2017, Lovelytics has helped some of the most complex enterprises in Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing, Retail & CPG, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Financial Services actually modernize their data and put AI to work — not in a deck, but in production. We move fast, stay close to the cutting edge, and care more about outcomes than optics.

We're the first consulting firm backed by Databricks Ventures — which tells you something about how seriously we take the technology we build on. Alongside Interlock Equity, that backing has helped us grow from 50 to 500+ people in three years, while keeping the technical depth and low-ego culture that makes the work worth doing.

We’re looking for a strategic and business-savvy Business Analyst to join our Value Realization team. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, helping clients define, design, and realize value from their data, analytics, and AI investments. You'll partner with business leaders, functional experts, and technical delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, guide process improvement, and ensure data-driven initiatives deliver measurable business impact. You will leverage business acumen and modern tools to synthesize information, identify patterns, and translate complex business and technical challenges into recommendations.

  • Support adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze source data, validate business requirements, investigate data quality issues, and support testing and solution design.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of data warehousing, lakehouse concepts, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and BI reporting environments.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills capable of engaging both executive and technical audiences.
  • Exciting projects with great clients in varying departments and verticals across the world
  • The ability to work closely with experienced data engineers and quickly grow and expand your skillset
  • The ability to work closely with all sizes of companies, ranging from Fortune 100 to small local businesses
