About the Role
~1 min readAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of projects within the Transformation, Data and Systems Program.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors, you will play a key role in discovery activities, facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and supporting business process improvements. Acting as the link between business and technical teams, you will ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into fit-for-purpose solutions and project outcomes.
A key focus of this role will be supporting Salesforce-related initiatives and system transitions, while contributing to process improvement and transformation activities that enhance business operations and user experience. You will develop process maps, analyse business workflows and support the delivery of effective solutions that drive organisational outcomes.
You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong ability to build relationships, engage stakeholders and work collaboratively across business and technical teams. You are a confident facilitator who enjoys understanding business challenges and translating complex requirements into practical solutions.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements or system transition projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and facilitate discussions across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and translating business needs into clear and actionable outcomes.
- Proven experience reviewing and improving business processes, including facilitating stakeholder workshops, developing As-Is and To-Be process maps, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements that support business and system changes.
- Experience analysing current-state processes and designing future-state workflows that improve efficiency and support organisational objectives.
- Strong workshop facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working on digital, data, systems or business transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar platforms, and experience working within Agile and/or structured project delivery environments.
Requirements
~1 min read- Tertiary qualifications and relevant professional certification such as quality or project management and/or relevant extensive experience in business analysis, project management and business improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability in requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, process mapping and solution analysis.
- Knowledge, skills and experience in a related discipline such as finance, business or project management.
- Experience in areas such as process re-engineering, service improvement, quality management frameworks, and supporting digital or data initiatives will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
