We have been a recognized partner to the Canadian government for over 20 years and are now looking to grow and expand on what has made our business a success so far.
As a Client Success Agent, you will support the smooth delivery of language training and evaluation services by coordinating administrative and operational activities throughout the learner journey. You will provide support to learners, tutors, evaluators, and client contacts to help ensure training and evaluations are delivered efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Coordinate administrative and logistical activities related to language training and evaluations, including onboarding, scheduling, bookings, assignments, changes, follow-ups, and other training milestones.
- Coordinate communications and required information to ensure learners and other stakeholders are prepared throughout the training journey.
- Provide administrative and operational support to learners, tutors, evaluators, and client contacts.
- Respond to operational, scheduling, platform, and process-related questions, resolving issues when possible and escalating specialized issues to the appropriate team.
- Monitor relevant training activities and requirements, follow up when action is needed, and help minimize disruptions to training.
- Maintain accurate learner, training, and evaluation information across applicable systems and tools.
- Follow established procedures and service standards while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and the stakeholder experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and support the effective delivery of training and evaluation services.
- Perform other related operational and administrative duties as required.

Status: Full-time, Permanent
Weekly working hours: 35 hours/week
Start date: As soon as possible
Hourly rate: $23-$26 per hour
