Responsibilities

- →Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance across Salesforce platforms
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives
- →Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies
- →Evaluate and recommend integration patterns and middleware solutions
- →Oversee data modeling, security architecture, and platform performance optimization
- →Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams
- →Communicate architectural decisions and technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- →Work effectively and efficiently in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CodeScan, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing in Salesforce environments
- Lead rigorous code reviews and PR evaluations to enforce high standards of system architecture, security, and performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations of Salesforce. Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
