Quick Summary

Key Responsibilities

it’s where a nurse sees a patient’s condition, where a clinician decides on action, and where a patient feels supported instead of alone. Your work directly influences those moments.

Technical Tools
EngineeringFrontend Developer

At Luscii, we reshape how care is being experienced by both patients and clinical experts. You will work on our RPM platform that enables healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care at scale, without being bound by physical walls. This role directly contributes to our mission by helping shape a front-end experience that supports clinicians, nurses, and patients worldwide in delivering and receiving care more effectively.

Making impact in digital health; that is what you will be doing. Demands within healthcare are rising, capacity is limited, and systems are stretched. Our platform helps close that gap. The front end is where that mission becomes tangible: it’s where a nurse sees a patient’s condition, where a clinician decides on action, and where a patient feels supported instead of alone. Your work directly influences those moments.

As Luscii grows internationally, the complexity behind those moments grows with it. More countries, new care pathways, more users, different expectations. This role is about making sure that complexity never reaches the user. You will help build and maintain a front end that stays fast, clear, and reliable even as the system behind it becomes more powerful and more complex.

You won’t just be shipping interfaces. You will be shaping how care feels through software. And you will define how front-end development at Luscii evolves as we scale, together with other senior engineers in our front-end guild.

You will be part of a small, highly skilled product team working on the visible core of Luscii’s RPM platform. Together with engineers, designers, and product owners, you will build features that directly impact patient care and clinical workflows. You will take ownership of complex front-end challenges, from architecture to implementation, while balancing speed of delivery with long-term quality.

You will also collaborate closely with other (senior) engineers across the organisation, helping align technical direction and ensuring consistency as the platform scales internationally. A key part of your role will be contributing to and helping mature our front-end guild, where we collectively shape standards, patterns, and best practices together.
