AUSAO - Casual Sales Assistant - Chadstone Kiosk!

We are on the look out for customer experience superstars who can work alone and with a team on our brand new kiosk!

Hours available: As a casual role we are unable to specify the number of hours. We roster based on availability, reliability and performance! 

Start Date: We are looking for applicants who can start working as soon as possible.

Availability: As Chadstone Shopping Centre has the longest Centre hours in the country we are looking for excellent availability that includes late night trade.

Chadstone's trading hours are:

Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday we trade from 9am - 5.30 pm 
Thursday , Friday and Saturday evenings will trade from 9am - 9pm 
Sunday 10am - 7pm 

We may roster shifts up to an hour or before trade due to Visual merchandising change overs 
We may roster shifts up to three hours between Monday - Wednesday for staff trainings or stocktakes.

The role
In this role, you’ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience. You’ll use your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and hand out tailored samples. Working closely with your team, you’ll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back. You'll also manage stock, ensure the shop floor looks its best, and adapt displays to seasonal trends.
