Responsibilities

→Support execution tracking for installations, pull-outs, and updates across counters, boutiques, and pop-ups. Coordinate basic logistics follow-up for VM materials, props, testers, fixtures, and collateral.
→Monitor delivery, deployment, and displays and related VM elements.
→Help consolidate store feedback, site photos, and post-installation reports.
→Support the team in maintaining VM inventories of props, lightboxes, graphics, and display tools.

Requirements

Background in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field
Strong interest in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, and brand presentation.
Familiarity with store displays, space planning, and retail execution is a plus.
Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic layout/design tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
