Logistics Assistant

The Logistics Assistant is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing online e-commerce orders through Anchanto, supporting end-to-end order fulfillment by preparing key operational documents such as waybills, picker putaway references, delivery pick-up manifests, and invoices in compliance with internal standards, and performing warehouse administrative tasks, including monitoring order statuses, coordinating timely deliveries, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of all e-commerce outbound orders.

• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience with SAP system is required.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and inventory management is an advantage.

• →Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders in the Anchanto (SelluCenter) system, maintaining compliance with operational cut-offs and internal control standards.
• →Collaborate with LRC and the local E-commerce Team for order fulfillment and return processing requirements.
• →Prepare, consolidate, and manage all operational documents for picking, packing, and shipment, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with 5S.
• →Oversee the creation of daily manifests or gate passes for courier pick-ups, reconciling planned versus actual shipments to guarantee all orders are served complete and on time.
• →Monitor and communicate return order transactions to LRC and the E-commerce Team, ensuring prompt and accurate returns processing while maintaining documentation accuracy.
• →Maintain and manage inventory of all e-commerce operational materials (e.g., pouches, boxes, bubble wrap), ensuring availability and proper storage according to 5S principles.
• →Participate and promote safety and efficiency in all Ecom related warehouse operations by adhering to established 5S standards and operational best practices.
• →Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve compliance, and enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• →Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall warehouse excellence and logistics objectives.
