At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. To do this, we start with our own community by fostering a respectful and diverse organization where every voice is heard, valued, and empowered to contribute to our shared success.

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product and Brand Communications to play a pivotal leadership role in building a fresh take on an iconic brand. This highly visible and cross-functional position will drive the company’s product narrative, giving riders and drivers compelling reasons to choose Lyft.

As a vocal cross-functional partner with significant influence, you'll collaborate across departments to shape our brand story and product narratives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can craft compelling narratives for multiple audiences including riders, drivers, regulators, and the broader business community.

The successful candidate will be a resourceful self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating agility and adaptability as our company and industry evolve. You'll own the process for building and launching brand and product moments through multi-channel, earned media programs including narrative development, product demos, event planning, editorial extensions, and influencer engagement.

This is an opportunity to join a fun and hungry team and have a profound impact on the company. The role reports to the Vice President of Communications.
