At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.

Lyft’s Social Impact team exists to bring our values to life outside of the walls of Lyft’s offices. In particular, the team focuses on finding ways to use transportation—Lyft’s superpower—to increase access and opportunity for all.

We’re searching for a motivated, highly organized self-starter to join our Policy team as a Social Impact Specialist based in Toronto, ON. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Impact, this role serves as an essential bridge between social impact strategy and tactical policy operations. We need a team player who is ready to roll up their sleeves, think critically about what impact means, oversee the intersection of national and local programs across the US, Canada, and beyond, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across our initiatives.
