Job Title: Zoho Developer Location: onsite Based in Lahore, Pakistan) Employment Type: Full-time About Us: Lynchpin Consulting is a Dubai-based Zoho Premium Partner specializing in Zoho One implementation, custom Zoho development, and API integrations for clients across the UAE and international markets. We are hiring a Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist based in Lahore, responsible for remote end-to-end Zoho One implementations, including custom development, automation, integrations, and Zoho Creator applications. Key Responsibilities: Implement Zoho One solutions remotely for UAE and international clients, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, etc. Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator and integrate them within other Zoho apps. Build and manage API integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms (payment gateways, e-commerce systems, property portals, etc.). Write, maintain, and optimize Deluge scripts for automation, workflows, and custom functions. Customize Zoho CRM modules, pipelines, dashboards, reports, and automation rules based on client requirements. Develop and maintain Zoho extensions using Zoho’s REST APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho application and integration issues. Collaborate with clients remotely to gather requirements, provide demos/training, and deliver successful deployments. Stay updated on new Zoho features, API updates, and product releases to ensure best-practice solutions. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in Zoho One implementation across multiple modules. Strong expertise in API integrations within Zoho and with third-party systems. Hands-on experience building Zoho Creator applications. Proficiency in Deluge scripting for automation and functions. Strong understanding of Zoho CRM customization, workflows, and integration logic. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote implementation projects simultaneously. Strong English communication skills for client discussions and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Zoho development and integrations. Experience with Zoho Analytics, WorkDrive, or Zoho Flow is a plus. Prior experience delivering Zoho solutions for real estate, finance, or service industries is an advantage.
