Responsibilities

→Supports the mission, values, and vision of the company.
→Maintains the best interest of Lyons Magnus.
→Collaborate with employees of Lyons Magnus in a positive and constructive manner to maintain a professional relationship. Demonstrates courtesy, discretion, friendliness, and diplomacy.
→Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed.
→Responsible for adhering to and completing instructions of formulas provided.
→Responsible for weighing ingredients to ensure accuracy of specifications.
→Ensuring that formulas and ingredients are combined to ensure products meet specifications.
→Provides testing of ingredients through cooking process.
→Provide measuring and weighing of raw materials; and identifying raw materials for formulations.

Requirements

Working knowledge and application of Food and Beverage Manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with kettle mixers, pumps, heaters, and electrical panels.
Working knowledge of liquid and powder measurements.
Strong Pallet Jack, industrial equipment skills required.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
