• →Monitor and control the flow of raw materials through various stages of production.
• →Conduct visual inspections of food products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• →Report any product defects or irregularities to supervisors.
• →Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly to maintain a hygienic manufacturing environment.
• →Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
• →Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• →Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
• →Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• →Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• →Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records and inventory logs.
• →Complete required paperwork and documentation.
• →Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• →Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain product integrity and safety.
• →Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• →Attend training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures, food handling regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMPs) is beneficial.

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and industry standard cleaning procedures.

• Prior experience working in a production/manufacturing environment or related field is a plus.
• Possesses basic math skills.
