Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supports the mission, values, and vision of the company.
- →Maintains the best interest of Lyons Magnus first and foremost.
- →Collaborate with employees of Lyons Magnus in a positive and constructive manner to maintain a professional relationship. Demonstrates courtesy, discretion, friendliness, and diplomacy.
- →Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed.
- →Supports team members, departments and customers or their representatives in a positive and respectful manner.
- →Accurately gathers and processes data related to shipping and receiving activity.
- →Assists with documentation for all warehouse operations.
- →Partners closely with customer service, quality control, internal and external carriers.
- →Assists with arranging plant to plant material movement.
- →Schedules for both in-bound and outbound appointments.
- →Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
Requirements
- Skilled in MS Office software.
- Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.
- Initiative and desire to exceed expectations.
- Detail oriented with ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities, in a fast-paced office environment.
- Sets an example with reliability, punctuality, attendance, and willingness to work OT and weekends.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalency.
- 0-2 Years administrative experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in accounting, warehouse, and/or food & beverage manufacturing environments.
- Experience with food & beverage ingredients or inventory management.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
