  • Prepare project plans, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and event materials to support successful program delivery.

  • Support onsite staffing, vendor coordination, and attendee experience to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Manage the GTM events calendar and associated timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.

  • Maintain project documentation, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation activities.

  • Support post-event reporting by tracking attendee metrics, compiling feedback, and coordinating operational recaps.

  • Maintain event technology platforms, registration systems, and operational resources.

  • Manage swag vendors, inventory, fulfillment, and event materials to support customer and internal programs.

  • Support venue and vendor sourcing, proposal collection, procurement, and contract coordination.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.

  • Coordinate with agency partners and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, trackers, and scalable processes that improve operational efficiency across the Events team.

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating events, conferences, sponsorships, or marketing programs in a B2B environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience coordinating vendors, venues, registration platforms, logistics, and onsite event operations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Asana, and event technology platforms (Splash, Cvent) is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20–30% to support onsite event execution.
