Your main duties as a Field Support Agent would be: 

  • Managing incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way
  • Planning, prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions
  • Maintaining effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work
  • Driving and supporting successful execution of activities assigned to technicians within a geography
  • Ensuring awareness of resource deficiency and technician productivity is shared effectively and efficiently
  • Working in a team environment and interacting with multiple internal teams
  • Working with other team members to resolve unique and extraordinary circumstances
  • Delivering on predefined priorities and ensure customer contractual requirements are met
  • Identifying situations and drive resolution of all events that may cause miss of company's contractual obligations


What we expect from you: 

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in speaking and writing of English language 
  • Well-developed computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High-level efficiency, problem-solving attitude, precision, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational acumen and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends (primarily supporting US working time 13:00 - 07:00 CET), following hybrid/office-based work model
