Fresh Food Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a Full Time Fresh Food Manager to join our team at MACE Freshford. The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors and play a key role in enhancing our Grab and Go range, transitioning into healthy eating and premium food ranges.

• Oversee the fresh food department and manage day-to-day operations

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the Grab and Go range

• Introduce new offerings in healthy eating and premium food categories

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for fresh food items

• Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality standards

• Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh and high-quality ingredients

• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize profitability

• Conduct regular quality checks to uphold freshness and presentation standards
