  Supervise the execution of HSSE policies, procedures, and systems across project activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulations

• →

  Conduct field inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and potential risks, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions

  Monitor HSSE performance indicators and drive improvements based on trends and operational data

  Lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented

  Oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and verify critical safety controls such as LOTO, gas testing, and barricading before work begins

• →

  Supervise contractors and field crews to ensure adherence to HSSE procedures, safety standards, and site rules

• →

  Promote a proactive safety culture through field leadership, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement initiatives

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, actively seeking safer, more efficient ways of working and eliminating operational waste

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in HSSE environments

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HSSE within construction, industrial, or large-scale project environments

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management practices, and safety compliance standards

• Experience supervising field operations, contractors, and safety compliance in dynamic operational environments

• Technical expertise in areas such as lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, and environmental compliance

Salary: $86K - $92K
