- Work within a global finance environment and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
- Develop expertise in financial reporting, accounting governance, and compliance with international accounting standards.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- →Prepare, review, and post accounting entries, including accruals, provisions, reclassifications, cost allocations, and manual journal entries.
- →Complete balance sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- →Manage fixed asset accounting activities, including capitalization, depreciation, asset disposals, impairment, and asset register reconciliations.
- →Support IFRS 16 lease accounting processes and maintain accurate lease-related records and reconciliations.
- →Prepare and validate financial information for group reporting, including balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, and related disclosures.
- →Support audits, execute internal controls, and ensure compliance with IFRS, group accounting policies, and local statutory requirements.

- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial closing, or a similar finance role.
- Strong practical experience with month-end closing, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.
- Experience working with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and general ledger systems; experience with IFS or a similar ERP platform is preferred.
- Experience with financial reporting tools such as OneStream is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse financial data, identify variances, and investigate accounting discrepancies.
- Experience in a multinational company, shared service centre, or global finance environment is preferred.
