Job Title: Surveillance Case Manager

Position Summary

Magna Legal Services is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Surveillance Case Manager to join our dynamic investigations team. This role serves as a critical liaison between field investigators and clients, ensuring the efficient execution of surveillance operations and the timely delivery of investigative reports. Ideal candidates will bring a combination of investigative knowledge, client service skills, and a strong grasp of case management tools.

Responsibilities

→Conducting preliminary desktop investigation to prepare file for the field surveillance investigators
→Coordinating with surveillance investigators and providing updates to clients
→Reviewing surveillance videos and ensuring quality and consistency
→Prepare clear, concise reports based on investigative findings and surveillance review

Requirements

At least 5 years of directly relevant work experience (i.e., working as a surveillance case manager) or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice and 2 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with attorneys and legal personnel.
Proficiency in investigative platforms, specifically Track-Ops.
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
