Financial Analyst

• 3+ years of experience in financial analytics / FP&A / financial business partnering
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, payback period)
• Experience in affiliate marketing, investments, or other high-growth industries.
• Experience working with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., 1C) and analytical tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, budgeting)
• Understanding of accounting and financial operations
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members is a plus
• Ability to not only analyze data but also explain insights and drive business decisions
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset

• →Analyze traffic costs, affiliate payouts and other key company expenses
• →Evaluate profitability by channels, partners, GEOs, and products
• →Build and maintain unit economics models (LTV, CAC, ROI, payback)
• →Identify inefficiencies in spend and opportunities for business growth
• →Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• →Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• →Analyze actual vs planned performance and explain deviations
• →Prepare regular financial reports for management
• →Collaborate with marketing, product, and affiliate teams to align financial insights with business needs
• →Lead and mentor the Financial Manager, overseeing operational finance processes and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in execution
