• →Positive interaction with customers
• →Ensuring that hot/cold grab n go, hot/cold beverage stations, and hot dog roller grills are clean, maintained, and well stocked
• →Maintaining uniform and personal appearance standards
• →Preparing and serving food to customers quickly and safely
• →Adhering to Majors, Federal, State, and local Health Department policies and codes.
• →Keeping products properly rotated using FIFO (first in, first out)
• →Performing routine maintenance on equipment.
• →Ensuring the proper handling of prepared and unprepared food and beverages according to published operational procedures and guidelines
• →Keeping all surfaces clean to the touch and clear of debris
• →Other duties as assigned

• Ability to learn tasks from hands-on training, online instruction, and using job aids
• Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to standard and in a timely manner
• Ability to learn food and beverage product descriptions and names to better serve customers
