Strategist & Coach (Account Manager)

We're growing and are seeking a seasoned Strategist & Coach (Account Executive), who is responsible for building and maintaining positive client relationships to grow with us. This position has a strong understanding of applying strategic digital marketing and sales strategy and methodology combined with tech stack savviness, and conversion optimization mindset to develop and manage client strategy programs.

This position is responsible for all aspects of client experience, ensuring clients have a positive client sentiment score, measured by high-quality, outcome-based experience.

Your Success Attributes

• Solid understanding of digital & traditional marketing and sales strategy and tactical applications
• Solid experience with project management systems
• Experience with marketing and sales tool stacks (Hubspot, Salesforce etc)  and appropriate application to client programs
  
• Ability to follow agile methodology and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve client program performance and agency process/systems
  
• Able to give constructive and helpful feedback to team members to help grow their skills
  
• Identify capacity and  skill competency demands of the agency
  
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time accordingly
  
• Exceptional written & verbal communication.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or Project Management/Logistics
