Seasoned Unarmed Security Officers – Fast Food Retail

Location: Medford, Oregon

Weekend and holiday availability is required

Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, day, evenings, overnights and holidays, if needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing.

Responsibilities

→Maintain a visible security presence to deter unwanted activity and promote a safe environment
→Monitor customer flow, dining areas, parking lots, and surrounding property
→Respond to incidents, disturbances, or safety concerns in a calm and professional manner
→Support store management with policy enforcement and conflict de‑escalation
→Document incidents, observations, and daily activity reports accurately
→Assist customers and employees with general inquiries and safety‑related needs
→Communicate effectively with management, law enforcement, and security leadership when required

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2 years of security experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must meet all state licensing requirements for unarmed security
Prior security, customer service, or retail experience preferred
Familiarity with report writing
Computer skills are a must
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication and de‑escalation skills
Ability to remain professional and composed in high‑traffic or stressful situations
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Comfortable with outdoor environment in diverse weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Must successfully pass pre-employment background check.
