Marksman Security is looking for qualified candidates to join our team of dedicated and compassionate security officers and firefighters.

🔹 ROVER – Vehicle/foot patrols; deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity

🔹 GATEHOUSE – Access control; greet and ID residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors

🔹 FRONT DESK – Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements

• →Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• →Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• →Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• →Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrival
• →Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• →Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior
• →Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• →Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• →Warn violators of infractions (e.g., loitering, smoking, and/or possession of prohibited items)
• →Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries, or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• →Identify and report any concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
• →Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• →Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
• →Other duties to be determined by management

✅ High school degree or equivalent

✅ Valid state licensing REQUIRED (Texas Guard Card)

✅ Minimum of one year of customer service experience

✅ Minimum of one year of security experience
