→Previous hotel operations experience required ;front desk supervisory or hotel management experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, organizational and guest service skills.
→Ability to train employees, resolve guest concerns professionally, prioritize tasks and work independently.
→Comfortable using hotel property management systems, email and basic spreadsheets. Marriott experience and familiarity with opera are preferred.
→Must be dependable and available to work a flexible schedule , including weekends and holidays , and provide hands-on support across hotel departments as needed.
