Events Intern - Excelsior Hotel Gallia

Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern to join the Events Department.

• →Coordinate activities and manage the organization of events
• →Handle client relations by gathering information and specific requests
• →Support the planning and conceptualization of events
• →Research and allocate spaces to exhibitors
• →Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, housekeeping, front office) to ensure efficient service
• →Carry out internal reporting activities
• →Prepare promotional and illustrative materials
• →Create and send service orders (BEO – Banquet Event Orders)

• Precision, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• English and Italian fluent proficiency
