This role supports an exceptional guest experience by ensuring timely transport, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, and delivering courteous, attentive service at all times. The Front Office Guest Service Attendant - Porter also assists with guest needs, follows all safety and operational procedures, and contributes to a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

→Transport guests to and from assigned destinations safely using property vehicles
→Accurately document all trips before and after each journey
→Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness, damage, tire pressure, and fluid levels
→Refuel vehicles as required and report maintenance needs promptly
→Document and report all vehicle incidents, damages, or accidents
→Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures and complete required training
→Provide warm, professional, and attentive guest service, including assistance to guests with disabilities
→Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
→Maintain a polished appearance in line with company standards

Relevant experience in a similar role 
Working rights in Fiji
Hold a valid driver’s license
have a positive and professional attitude, and are comfortable working in a physically active role.
