Job description

Oversee and supervise daily accounting functions including AP, AR, Income Audit, and Payroll reconciliation.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasts, and management reports.
Complete month end Journal entries and accrual process
Assist in annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes.
Monitor departmental performance (Rooms, F&B, Undistributed) and provide analysis to support business decisions.
Maintain strong internal control environment in line with Marriott policies, LSOPs, and statutory requirements.
Lead CSA, ISRA, and audit preparation, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Act as Finance lead in the absence of the Director of Finance.

Previous experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in hotel systems (Opera, POS, BirchStreet, PeopelSoft, etc.) preferred.
