The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

• Monitor and replenish minibar stock on a daily basis, ensuring that all products are fully stocked, attractively presented, and readily available for guests at all times.
• Regularly check product expiration and best-before dates to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain the minibar area in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and high service standards.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and accurately track stock levels, identifying replenishment needs and supporting the efficient management of minibar supplies.

• A solid background in the upscale hospitality industry is highly valued, providing a strong foundation for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable and unique guest experiences, with a proactive approach to exceeding expectations and ensuring every stay is truly special.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability in daily operations.
• A resilient and positive attitude, combined with excellent teamwork skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Good command of German and/or English, enabling effective communication with guests and colleagues; additional foreign language skills are considered a valuable asset.
