✓Qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent)

✓Strategic finance leader with strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and decision-making

✓Change-focused and results-driven, with experience leading transformation initiatives, improving processes and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes

✓Hybrid working with two days a week at our Head Office in Elland
