We are seeking a 3D BIM Modeler who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality technical work. This role is ideal for someone who prefers a steady, methodical pace, values clear expectations, and enjoys developing deep expertise over time.
You’ll play a key role in supporting project success by creating reliable, detailed models that directly impact how work is executed in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update 3D BIM models for concrete construction projects.
- Create and manage detailed models for formwork, reinforcement, and placement.
- Prepare BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project information.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between building systems.
- Utilize BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) for project visualization and planning.
- Provide technical support and training on BIM processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and industry standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to exert 25-50 pounds of force occasionally and travel as required.
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular travel to project locations across the U.S.
