We’re looking for a Senior Estimator who loves concrete, thrives on complex projects, and enjoys collaborating with Operations to turn drawings into winning bids. If you like being involved early, thinking strategically, and having a real voice in how projects come together, keep reading 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading estimates for
  large-scale commercial concrete projects
• Turning drawings into accurate, competitive bids using On-Screen Takeoff
• Partnering with Operations to plan sequencing, formwork, logistics, and schedules
• Communicating with clients to align scope, strategy, and expectations
• Reviewing rebar, post-tension, and formwork pricing to find the best value
• Running internal estimate reviews with leadership before bid day
• Creating clean, professional bid presentations (yes, the ones that win work)
• Mentoring junior estimators and sharing lessons learned
• Attending post-bid interviews and project handoffs
• Stepping onto job sites occasionally to see your estimates come to life
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial concrete estimating experience
• Strong background in vertical concrete and/or tilt-up
• Someone who can look at 2D drawings and see the building in 3D
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with teams and clients
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple bids
• Solid skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
