Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Take full ownership of the Cardiac Output Monitoring product line, acting as the go-to expert within the organization
- →Develop product positioning strategies and value propositions tailored to local market needs
- →Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders to drive product acceptance and clinical credibility
- →Work closely with the sales team to define customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and effective sales tools
- →Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to formulate proactive counterstrategies
- →Plan and execute product training and education programs for internal teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals
- →Liaise with global marketing and engineering teams to communicate market feedback and reflect local requirements in product roadmap planning
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing in the medical device industry
- Strong understanding of critical care, hemodynamic monitoring, or perioperative workflow is preferred
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in Korean and proficient in English
