As Director, Product Management, you'll own the strategy and execution for a core area of Matillion's product end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll carry direct product ownership for a significant area while building and leading a team of Product Managers - roughly 40% of your time in direct product work, the rest on team leadership, stakeholder management and portfolio oversight, and that balance will shift over time.

Success in this role means category-level command of the data landscape, sharp product instincts, and the ability to raise the bar in others, not just in your own output.

You'll partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership to align on technical strategy, and with GTM, Customer Success and Marketing to keep the business ahead of what's shipping and turn what you learn into what you build next.
