RMA Repair Tech Intern

• →Moving finished goods and/or components from manufacturing and warehouse for RMA inventory or processing to customers
• →Assist with inventory Cycle Counts
• →Scanning and attaching supporting documents to Work Orders
• →Building subassemblies for the Repair Techs
• →Assist in maintaining a clean lab work area
• →Building finished goods boxes for products for Shipping and Receiving
• →Assisting in the Shipping and Receiving process, as needed
• →Assisting Repair Techs, as needed

• Currently enrolled in a diploma/degree seeking program
• Ability to accurately enter data with basic clerical skills
• Organized and dependable
• Good computer
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to independently and in a small team
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, or crouch. The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
