We are seeking an experienced Cryogenic Scientist. Successful candidates have a deep background in cryogenics, a focus on dilution refrigerators, and demonstrated ability to transfer commercial or academic research to fast-paced innovation, prototyping, and deployment.

• →Provide leadership in the conception, design, development and manufacture of cryogenic hardware.
• →Design and conduct experiments to test modifications to existing components and prototypes to increase performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• →Partner with engineers to translate innovations into functional prototypes and production-ready products.
• →Work across functional areas (cryogenic, electrical, software) to deliver fully integrated products.

• PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years designing, building, or significantly modifying dilution refrigerators.
• Self-starter with ability to drive results independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Base Salary $100,000/yr - $150,000/yr depending on experience and qualifications with additional compensation in equity and bonus.
