Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The BCBA provides clinical leadership for ABA services through behavioral assessments, treatment planning, clinical supervision, parent education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. This position plays a critical role in establishing high-quality ABA services throughout the Illinois region while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and evidence-based practice.

• →Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral evaluations.
• →Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• →Design and oversee ABA treatment programs based on evidence-based practices.
• →Analyze behavioral data and modify interventions based on client progress.
• →Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• →Provide parent and caregiver coaching to support treatment goals across environments.
• →Collaborate with physicians, schools, therapists, case managers, and community partners.
• →Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain compliance with payer requirements.
• →Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Illinois regulations.
• →Participate in program development initiatives to support Maze of Life's Illinois ABA expansion.
• →Assist with quality improvement efforts and best practices for clinical service delivery.

• We pay 50% of the invoice per client. For an example: if an invoice is $300.00, your payout will be $150.00.

As our Illinois ABA program expands, this position may transition into:

• Part-Time BCBA
  • Approximately $75,000–$90,000 annual equivalent (prorated)
• Full-Time BCBA
  • $90,000–$110,000+ annually, depending on experience, productivity expectations, and overall program responsibilities.
