The BCBA provides clinical leadership for ABA services through behavioral assessments, treatment planning, clinical supervision, parent education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. This position plays a critical role in establishing high-quality ABA services throughout the Illinois region while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral evaluations.
- →Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- →Design and oversee ABA treatment programs based on evidence-based practices.
- →Analyze behavioral data and modify interventions based on client progress.
- →Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- →Provide parent and caregiver coaching to support treatment goals across environments.
- →Collaborate with physicians, schools, therapists, case managers, and community partners.
- →Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain compliance with payer requirements.
- →Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Illinois regulations.
- →Participate in program development initiatives to support Maze of Life's Illinois ABA expansion.
- →Assist with quality improvement efforts and best practices for clinical service delivery.
What We Offer
~1 min read- We pay 50% of the invoice per client. For an example: if an invoice is $300.00, your payout will be $150.00.
As our Illinois ABA program expands, this position may transition into:
- Part-Time BCBA
- Approximately $75,000–$90,000 annual equivalent (prorated)
- Full-Time BCBA
- $90,000–$110,000+ annually, depending on experience, productivity expectations, and overall program responsibilities.
