Custodian

Job Responsibilties Include:

• Floor care
• Pulling trash
• Deep cleaning projects
• Minor repairs (replacing dispensers, etc.)
• All other duties assigned by General Manager or Client

Starting pay: $16.50/hr

Location: Parker LORD (Erie, PA)

Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00pm-1:30am

• →Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing of floors, hallways, stairwells and other facility areas
• →Cleaning and refinishing gym floors as needed
• →Vacuuming and shampooing rugs and carpets
• →Cleaning, polishing and dusting of furniture and fixtures
• →Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies
• →Washing windows, walls, mirrors and other areas
• →Collecting and disposing of all waste products
• →Assisting with the relocation of property
• →Reporting of items requiring repair and/or replacement
• →Setting up/tearing down areas needed for special events or meetings
• →Shoveling/plowing snow, sanding/salting walks and steps as needed
• →Picking up debris outside of building
• →Working sporting events as needed
• →Performing all other duties assigned by administration or the General Manager
