Title: CBORD NetMenu Implementation RD Analyst

• Location: Remote

• Job Type: 6-month contract, $50.00 per hour

This is a technology position that requires RD Licensing.  Please read entire position description to ensure qualification.  This is a remote with U.S. Travel role. 

Metz Culinary Management is growing, and we have openings for a Registered Dietitian who shares our passion for Clinical Nutrition and brings solid background in Technical implementation, support and reporting. 

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CBORD NetMenu implementation, support, and reporting. Managed implementation for acute care. Understanding of Epic Workflows is a plus. Experience in Menu Programming and Nutrition Analysis.

• Experience in managing the implementation of CBORD/NetMenu for acute care.

• Experience in food item compliances, understanding of ETM and working out of a parent database.

• Experience in managing Nutrition Services Software (CBORD), Menu Programming, Nutrition Analysis, Coding and Menu build.

• Understanding of food service management, Room Service Choice (RSC), and patient services

• Understanding of Epic Workflows is a plus.

• Understanding of translation tables

This position requires a polished and professional identity with a winning attitude from a Dietitian who is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality focused on Education, Communication and Guest experience.  

REQUIREMENTS:

·        BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics (Masters Preferred)

·        Registered Dietitian and Licensed RD

·        Experience with specialized nutritional dining software required

·        Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting preferred

·        Electronic Medical Records

·        Nutrition Education
