Image Retouching Specialist

• →Create and refine high-quality images for web and print, ensuring photorealistic accuracy and consistency across our catalog.
• →Navigate workflows using Photoshop, Illustrator, and existing CAD models in SolidWorks.
• →Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve image issues, improve processes, and maintain a smooth flow of work.
• →Contribute to innovation by developing scripts, templates, or tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• →Oversee and coordinate tasks across different workstreams to ensure work is completed on time and directed to the right place.

A bachelor's degree is required for this role.

• 3+ years of professional experience in image retouching or digital imaging.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong understanding of raster and vector techniques.
• Experience preparing images for both print and web, including color correction, compositing, and scaling.
• Familiarity with workflow automation (e.g., actions, scripts) and working in a Windows environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Nice to have: Proficiency in drawing/sketching and experience with CAD-based rendering.
