Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals

Support month-end and year-end close processes across multiple business entities
- →
Assist with financial reporting, audit support, and variance analysis
- →
Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations and GAAP standards
- →
Collaborate with department heads to track expenses, budgets, and capital allocations
- →
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives
- →
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values of dependability and integrity
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably multi-entity or multi-location

Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices

Cannabis or retail industry experience preferred
