Pharmacy Technician – Order Fulfillment

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person, Permanent (W-2)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This is an in-person position focused on prescription order fulfillment and pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining accuracy and excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: This position does not involve sterile or non-sterile compounding.

• → Fill and prepare prescription orders accurately and efficiently
• → Label, package, and process prescriptions for shipment or patient pickup
• → Maintain inventory and assist with stock management
• → Verify prescription information and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures
• → Assist pharmacists with daily operational tasks
• → Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with pharmacy standards
• → Communicate professionally with team members and patients when needed
• → Support quality assurance and documentation requirements

• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting of pharmacy supplies
