• Work setting: Long-term care facilities

• →Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities
• →Manage an independent schedule and caseload
• →Travel between facilities within the assigned territory
• →Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius
• Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule
• Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities
