As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Nursing professionals in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Requirements
~1 min read- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
- Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred
- Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
- →Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- →Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- →Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
- →Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
- →Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
- →Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
- →Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
