As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll have the opportunity to work with children in a supportive environment that values quality care and meaningful patient relationships. Our flexible scheduling options and collaborative culture allow you to focus on delivering exceptional therapy while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Whether providing therapy in our pediatric clinic or in patients' homes, you'll play an essential role in helping children develop the skills they need for everyday success.
Requirements
~1 min read- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve developmental milestones.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
