Responsibilities

→Develop positive, professional relationships with field personnel, management, and outside agencies throughout all phases of construction.
→Conduct audits of all crews to identify unsafe work conditions and practices; recognize safe work practices and reinforce them.
→Document and communicate findings from site audits, including improvements and safety recommendations.
→Review and audit the training records of all field personnel.
→Implement federal, state, local, and site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures.
→Participate in the development of accident briefs, safety publications, bulletins, and reports.
→Assist in the creation of Site-Specific Safety Plans and lead safety meetings.
→Ensure client/owner safety requirements are met and that our clients comply with these standards.
