Technical Project Manager (TPM)
Quick Summary
The Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of delivery and product for MedMe's most important enterprise accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery and product for MedMe's most important enterprise accounts. You'll be the accountable owner for turning committed scope into shipped work; coordinating between Engineering, Product, and MedMe's largest client relationships, without owning the commercial relationship itself.
About 60% of your time will be anchored on client day-to-day delivery cadence: triaging requests, running syncs, and coordinating internal sign-off before anything reaches the client. The other 40% will be dedicated to other larger, multi-year projects, think RFP-driven rollouts, where you'll own the plan, the timeline, and the risk list from kickoff to go-live.
You'll know which Product Manager or engineer to bring in and when, and just as importantly, when a question doesn't need to go to them at all.
At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we've facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →
Own day-to-day delivery coordination for our largest clients. Run the recurring sync cadence, triage incoming requests, and resolve what you can yourself before looping anyone else in.
- →
Lead larger, multi-year enterprise projects. Own the plan, timeline, and risk log for complex, multi-stakeholder deployments (RFP-driven rollouts, national account launches) from kickoff through go-live.
- →
Be the technical translator between Product/Engineering and the account team. Convert client asks into scoped, actionable tickets without losing the nuance of what was actually asked for.
- →
Reduce escalation noise. Build enough context and judgment to handle routine questions yourself, so Product and Engineering are only pulled in for genuinely new asks.
- →
Surface risk early. Flag slippage or scope creep while it's still an internal problem, not after it's visible to the client.
- →
Partner with the account team. Work side by side with Client Success, you own delivery, they own the relationship.
- →
Keep documentation current. Maintain accurate project status, scope, and timelines so anyone can see where a deployment stands without asking you directly.
Proven technical project or delivery management experience, ideally coordinating software implementations or configurations with both engineering and business stakeholders in the room.
Comfortable being the go-between, you can sit with a client's operational team one hour and a group of engineers the next, and translate cleanly between them.
Strong triage instincts: you know the difference between "handle this yourself," "loop in a PM," and "this needs an engineer," and you don't default to escalating everything.
Organized and proactive on risk, you surface problems early rather than reacting once they're already visible to the client.
Comfortable running and observing scrum/agile-style cadence, including recurring syncs with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communicator, a clear status update and a steady presence with senior stakeholders.
Comfortable in ambiguity: this role won't have a fully defined playbook on day one; you'll help build it.
Nice to have: Background in a regulated/clinical or high-growth SaaS environment, with Jira/HubSpot familiarity.
30 days: You've shadowed our top client cadence, know the current projects list end to end, and can name every open risk without prompting.
60 days: You're running client syncs solo, resolving most day-to-day requests yourself, and only looping in Product or Engineering for genuinely new asks.
90 days: You've taken ownership of at least one larger multi-year project end-to-end, with a documented plan, timeline, and risk log the team trusts.
Long-term: MedMe's enterprise delivery has one clear, accountable owner — nothing falls through the cracks, Product and Engineering are freed to build, and the account team can focus on the relationship instead of chasing delivery status.
